What You'll Learn Over 16 Weeks

The curriculum focuses on practical application rather than theory. You'll work with actual business scenarios, build forecasts that hold up under scrutiny, and learn to spot financial problems before they become disasters.

Cash Flow Forecasting

Learn to predict when money comes in and goes out with realistic accuracy. We cover seasonal variations, payment delays, and the art of building in buffer zones that actually protect your business.

Weeks 1-4

Budget Planning Systems

Build budgets that flex with reality instead of breaking. You'll learn zero-based budgeting, variance analysis, and how to allocate resources when everything feels like a priority.

Weeks 5-8

Financial Scenario Analysis

Run what-if scenarios before making big decisions. We teach you to model best case, worst case, and likely case outcomes so you can plan with confidence instead of hope.

Weeks 9-11

Performance Metrics

Identify which numbers actually matter for your business. Beyond profit and loss, we cover working capital ratios, burn rate analysis, and metrics that predict problems early.

Weeks 12-13

Financial Reporting

Create reports that people actually understand and use. You'll learn to present financial information clearly to stakeholders, boards, or investors without dumbing it down.

Week 14-15

Integration Project

Apply everything you've learned to a comprehensive business case. Build a full financial model, present your findings, and defend your recommendations under questioning.

Week 16

Learn From People Who've Done This Work

Our instructors have managed budgets for mid-sized companies, built forecasting systems that survived economic downturns, and made plenty of mistakes they'll help you avoid. They teach what worked in real businesses, not what sounds good in textbooks.
